Overview 
The HUC6830N/HDC6830N/HCC6830N delivers all the essential video and audio signal processing functions on a single module. It supports up/down/cross conversion with simultaneous 3G/HD/SD outputs and the AFD function is available to ensure the upconverted or downconverted video delivered in the correct aspect ratio when aired. Based on multiple sophisticated processing technologies, processing is applied within the frame and between frames so you can get better de-interlacing, inter-frame interpolation, detail enhancement and noise reductiony.
